Because of the promise to dispatch orders the same day as the order, all products are carried in stock. They are backed by a smooth logistics process, with Express (one day) and Economic (two-days) delivery (non-European deliveries may require slightly longer), and prompt after sales service.

Product price lists are distributed daily. Service is personal, punctual and polite. Staff are multilingual and motivated. And best efforts are made always to advise and inform clients with carefully researched market information.
